Keep your lawn green and healthy with our large capacity seed and fertiliser rotary broadcast spreader. Fill the hoper with up to 50kg of seed, fertiliser, sand or plant food and push across your lawn or seeding area. Perfect for all gardens, just open the hatch with the hand operated lever and push the spreader to activate the wheel driven rotating spinner. Then watch as the contents of the hoper is accurately and evenly spread. This is helped by the plastic mesh inside the hopper which helps the feed of seed/fertiliser stay uniform throughout the whole session, helping you to avoid larger clumps being deposited.
This spreader comes equipped with an adjustable lever placed near the handlebars, this is used to adjust the flow of material that exits the spreader to the rotating spinner below; you can also push the lever fully forward to close the hatch, allowing no further material to leave the spreader.
No motors or batteries are required for this salt spreader as by simply pushing it forward activates the spinner, spreading the grit evenly in each direction as you go.
Once the gardening season is finished for the year. This spreader can also be used to spread salt on driveways, paths or car parks.
